The fifth lesson continues the education about good/acute stress by focusing on two case studies that people can examine to see how a person can utilize good stress as well as a new look at procrastination. This lesson can be a great way to review lesson four and add some additional information to help students work on utilizing good/acute stress in their lives. Practicing these new skills to change the way that students process stress can take a long time. It’s helpful to have multiple lessons to reinforce the skills from Lesson Four and help them learn new skills in this lesson.
Objectives:
- Review the difference between acute/good stress and chronic/bad stress.
- Identify what skills a person can use to utilize acute/good stress in their daily life.
